Day 19 208.5 lbs -1.0 Yeah!
I finally got over the plateau! After 6 days at the same weight I finally lost 1 lb. The apple day was great. It was a break not to have to prepare meals. I was allowed 6 apples but they really filled me up so I only had 4 or 5 large apples. I was really surprised that I didn't get hungry or even miss the food. I did get a little thirsty though and was definitely ready for lunch yesterday. I had chicken breast and cucumbers with acv. My goal is still to get below 200 this round. I am going to start walking for exercise today. I have been really slack about it so far and hope it helps me reach my goal. I am really starting to feel great. I have more energy and haven't been the least bit hungry this week. I think I'm getting used to the vlcd. My kids had pizza for dinner last night and that was hard to avoid. It smelled so good....but I just got a half a grapefruit and went into the other room. I have been avoiding being around food that I can't have. It has made it a lot easier on me. With my husband working out of town; it's also made sticking to the diet easier even though I miss him terribly. It will be a month tomorrow since we've seen each other. I hope he notices a big difference in the way I look. My pants are getting loose in the waist and I'll need to buy some new ones very soon :) Currently they are size 20 but I may be able to go down to 18 or maybe even a 16. I've noticed the most loss in my backside. From the back I almost look like a thin person. My stomach is a lot smaller too but I still have a lot more to lose there. People at work have said they can tell a lot in my face. I will post some more pictures soon. Thanks for reading and have a great day!............Pam

still waiting for the pictures pamela, oh yea and slap your husband for me if he doesnt notice :P
ur plateau. I too have been stuck for about 7 days & tommorrow will be day 24. My husband is going to stop but I'm going to continue. My apple day brought a 1.5 lb loss but it went back up. We have been cooking yellow or red onions with our protien and I guess I'll have to eliminate that. Good luck on starting again. Arlene H.
