Tomorrow's only a day away...

I have been doing Phase 3 for 8 days now. I have been going through a lot lately and decided not to complete the entire 43 day round this time. When I ran out of injections I decided to continue the VLCD for the 3 days and then go on Phase 3. I am looking forward to mixing up some more HCG and begin the injections again tomorrow. I am contemplating doing SQ in the stomach fat this time. I noticed Hcgsupplies.com had sent me some shorter insulin needles in the package along with the IM needles I have been using. I had a steak day today which was very good. I am still proud of the loss so far. I went to see my Dr last Friday and he was really impressed. I didn't mention that I was using HCG. I'm not ready to share that with him just yet. My current weight is 211.6 lbs and I can't wait to begin P2R2 tomorrow!

Can i ask why you are not telling your doctor why you are using hCG? If your prescribed other medications i would assume they would react. Probably best he know... no?

how did the stomache hcg injections go? did you get any redness or soreness in the fatty area, i always seem to get some sort of irritation when injecting into certain types of fat. would be great to hear some advise on how to cure this, thanks.

I'm not currently on any type of medication so I don't have to worry about how it would react. I had mentioned it to my doctor previously when I had first found out about the protocol and he was skeptical. I wanted to wait until I have lost more weight to fill him in. Not trying to keep a big secret or anything but I want to let the results speak for itself. I don't expect him to understand unless he did the research.
As for the stomache injections; they are a lot easier for me. You use a smaller insulin type needle. It was a lot less painful than the IM (for me). I haven't experienced any iritation as of yet. I inject about 1-2" around my belly button (alternating sites) and insert the needle to the side instead of straight in. Hope this helps,
Pam
