I'm still here

I didn't get to start the injections as I promised on my last blog. I had TOM come up and then had a horrible sinus infection. I am not purposely trying to neglect the diet. I just need to be really ready to start in order to be totally committed to success. I am planning mixing my injections and starting back by this weekend. The good news is that I have been maintaining my weight really well...still 192 lbs. I'm ready to get the rest of this weight off and I also feel so much better when taking the injections. I apologize to the sponsors and anyone who may read my blogs. I promise you will start hearing from me alot more. I know it's a hard time of year to be doing this challenge (with the holidays coming up) but it's also the time of year I used to put on my weight. Take Care, Pam

Update

Hello all! I hope everyone is having lots of success on the HCG Challenge. My current weight is 192 lbs. I have taken a long break from the injections to give my body a break and to try to avoid immunity. The amazing thing about HCG is that I have continued to steadily lose without really trying. I know we are not supposed to lose more than 2 lbs after our last injection weight but it seems that my body was just in the losing mode. I have been walking more for exercise so that may have contributed to the 5lb loss also. I have maintained my current weight for a couple of weeks now so I will be starting back on the injections tomorrow. I can't wait to get the rest of this weight off! Take care.......Pam

It's been awhile...

Hello all! Hope everyone is doing great on the HCG challenge. Sorry I haven't blogged in so long. I have had some major computer issues for the past month. I haven't started back on the injections yet but will in about 1 week. I can't wait to see more results. Pam

Phase 4

Hello, I hope everyone is doing well this summer on the HCG Challenge! I am anxiously awaiting starting the injections again. I have been sticking to Phase 4 pretty well. I have been drinking protein shakes every morning. I don't want to start back too soon (to avoid immunity). I just love how I feel when I am taking the HCG injections and can't wait to get all this weight off.

I have been staying at our place at the lake for the past couple of weeks. I have really enjoyed spending time with my kids this summer. I get sad thinking about school starting again soon. It has been nice just to take time for myself. I am planning on starting an exercise regime soon. I think it will help get things tightened up some in my belly. Even though HCG has worked wonders, I still have a lot to lose there.

Announcement! 197.2 -5.3lbs Onederland!!!!!

I am ecstatic to have reached my 1st goal.....the 100's! I am only going down from here. HCG really is amazing. I know I haven't lost as much my second round as I would have expected but this is a learning experience for all of us. I think the short round the first time was not a wise decision. I have decided now that I have finished this round; I am going to go on Phase 3 and then Phase 4 for at least a break of 3 weeks or more. I feel immunity may have happened. I am so pleased with the results thus far (197.2 LIW)! My bathing suit is getting too big. I feel better than I have in years!
Sorry I haven't posted in such a long time. This is the 1st summer I have been off work to spend with my children and we have been very busy. We have been vacationing in WV, Ohio and reuniting with family. I didn't realize I wouldn't have access to Internet. I am so grateful to Drugdelivery.ca, hcgsupplies.com and Cindy Cook! I can only continue to succeed with all your support. Hope all of the other challenger's are having a great summer! ..........................Pam

202.5 lbs

I finally started back on the daily injections and after the 2nd day I have finally got over the stall. I am so close to the 100's and can't wait to reach that milestone. I have started walking in the evenings for exercise and hopefully I can achieve my 1st goal this week! My other goal is to weigh less than my husband (165 lbs). We'll see. Hope everyone is having a great week! .....Pam
